Our team is a collective of former CEOs, engineers, data scientists, and entrepreneurs who have built companies, managed P&Ls, and navigated the complex journey from startup to scale-up. - Investment Partners: Our Partners are thesis-driven leaders. They are responsible for originating new investments in their sectors of expertise and serving as active, strategic board members for our portfolio companies. They are the primary stewards of our relationships with founders and Limited Partners.
- Operating Advisors: This is our dedicated “hands-on” force. This team consists of seasoned, battle-tested executives—former CTOs, CROs, and CFOs—who are deployed into our portfolio companies. They provide practical, on-the-ground support to solve specific challenges, such as re-architecting a product, scaling a global sales team, or preparing for a new round of financing.
- Data Science & Research Core: This centralized team is our strategic backbone. They support our investment partners by performing deep technical diligence, mapping new markets, monitoring emerging technological shifts, and identifying “around the corner” opportunities. They ensure our investment theses are always on the cutting edge.
